One of the premiere homes for rent in Roatan Honduras, L’Alizé is located on a tranquil plot of jungle and comes complete with a private beach on the Caribbean Sea. Our listed rates are for four guests which offers value to those traveling in smaller groups. While L’Alizé lends itself to small groups very nicely, it is quite large with many decks, kitchens and living areas making it perfect for larger family or friend gatherings. We comfortably accommodate 10 with five bedrooms (including the guest house,) but we can sleep up to 14 with our rollaway beds and pull-out couches.
Daily Base Rates are designed for a more intimate gathering / Four nights minimum (all prices in US dollars)
L’Alize is a big home with lots of space for everyone. The location is equally special for just two or four people, thus we established a rate for the 2 to 4 group of travelers. You still get the whole house, the whole view and all the cool amenities, but you pay what you might pay for a much smaller home. We don’t want anyone to miss out on this great experience, and frankly the home is amazing with just you and your favorite person.

Note: When renting for 10 or more guests, the guest house is included . We can accommodate up to 14 guests with 2 additional roll-away beds, but currently only accept 10 guests.

From August to November Roatan is less crowded and yet the weather is still great. See if these months might work for you and save.
Electricity Usage:
Electricity on Roatan is costly and limited. It is 4 times the cost of electricity in the United States, therefore we do our part to reduce the drain on this limited commodity. We add the allowance of $280/wk for our electric. to help our guests be mindful of usage. With careful usage 95% of our guests do not exceed this. Our heating appliances for cooking and water are propane powered. The home is designed to maximize the steady breezes that come from the African coast and we have many fans located throughout the home.
