As one of the premiere Roatan homes for rent, we pride ourselves on an excellent location in West Bay which is private and secluded yet close to all the amenities. This large rental home is perfect for a romantic couple’s getaway yet still comfortable for groups of up to 14.
Daily Base Rates are designed for a more intimate gathering / Four nights minimum
L’Alize is a big home with lots of space for everyone. The location is equally special for just two or four people, thus we established a rate for the 2 to 4 group of travelers. You still get the whole house, the whole view and all the cool amenities, but you pay what you might pay for a much smaller home. We don’t want anyone to miss out on this great experience, and frankly the home is amazing with just you and your favorite person.

Note: When renting for 10 or more guests, the guest house is included . We can accommodate up to 14 guests with 2 additional roll-away beds, but currently only accept 10 guests.
Electricity Usage
Electricity on Roatan is costly and limited. It is 4 times the cost of electricity in the United States, therefore we do our part to reduce the drain on this limited commodity. We add the allowance of $280/wk for our electric. to help our guests be mindful of usage. With careful usage 95% of our guests do not exceed this. Our heating appliances for cooking and water are propane powered. The home is designed to maximize the steady breezes that come from the African coast and we have many fans located throughout the home.
